Kaimana Consulting is currently seeking political, economic and risk
analysts with experience in Eastern Africa, especially Ethiopia,
Eritrea, Somalia and Djibouti. Our consultants perform accurate
analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues throughout the East
Africa region. The successful candidate will possess strong written
and oral presentation skills, and maintain extensive knowledge of
the business and political environments in Eastern Africa. Must be
able to work independently and travel throughout Africa and
elsewhere. In additional to spoken and written English, fluency in
Somali, Arabic, Tigrinya a plus. Excellent compensation, plus travel

Kaimana Consulting is seeking a business consultant to design,
document and implement customer-focused and efficient business
processes, in accordance with their corporate goals and strategy.
The successful candidate will be able to assist clients in problem
definition and development of tailor-made solutions; use business
knowledge to achieve improvement; supervise, coach and train
others in business knowledge, soft skills, analysis techniques and
solution delivery. Desired candidates must have good leadership
and team building skills and time-management abilities, and
understand the relationship between business functional areas and
processes, and perform detailed performance gap analysis
